Purchased a new Cadillac and was looking rough upon delivery. Next level came through once again with a paint correction and full ceramic coat. This is the third vehicle I have brought to them and their attention to detail and perfection goes without speaking. Thanks for making our car perfect!! Highly recommended.

First off, I'm involved in dog rescue transport so the inside of my car was a mixture of dog hair and dried dog drool. The windows were covered with nose prints, so that seeing out of the back windows was near impossible. Not to blame it all on the dogs, but the passenger seat had a large liquid stain, hopefully coffee or water in origin. Picked up my care and the interior was immaculate, as if I had just left the dealer. This is the second time that I have brought my car in for an interior detailing and it will not be the last!

I’ve had my 2014 Nissan Rogue for 10 years and had never gotten it professionally detailed, that is until now. With a young son, let’s just say the car had collected its fair share of toys and Cheerios over the years! I decided to get a full interior and exterior detail at Next Level, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The car is already in great condition, but after the detailing, it felt brand new. I was genuinely amazed at the transformation. The team did an incredible job, and I’d absolutely recommend their service to anyone looking to refresh their vehicle. It really is like driving a new car again!

Last year, I brought my '09 Scion tC to these folks and they did the most amazing job making it look brand new. You wouldn't think a 14 year old car could come out looking that clean, but they made it happen. I'm certain it helped me on my trade-in when I bought my 2020 Ford Escape. On that note, I brought in said Ford Escape for a complete detail including ceramic coating (warranteed for 5 years!), and the results are just as amazing again. Absolutely pristine exterior with all swirls and imperfections removed from body panels and even the plastic pillars and trim. As for the interior, the dealer I bought it from did one of those rush job soap-down 'detailing' routines that left the interior smelly extremely musty because they never let it dry properly. Before deciding to have my car ceramic waxed here I went in and spoke with the owner, we had a great conversation and he answered all of my questions about the process. Their work is very detailed ( I scratched my car a few days before the appointment and he magically made it disappear haha ) so I was thankful for that. Did an Amazon inside taking out the dog fur that was from the previous car owner ( husky or wolf fur..) this fur was deep In the seats and places I couldn't see, ALL the fur was gone when I picked up my car, truly amazing detail and care for the car at an amazing price. They waxed the paint, windows and rims. The wax has helped with rain, dirt, I havnt need a car wash in awhile. I waited a month before writing this review. I am a happy customer and highly recommended their
