My family just bought a nearly new 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid from Romeo Ford of Saratoga. Bryce, Patrick, Tyler in service, and Tyler in finance were beyond excellent to work with. I couldn’t suggest a better buying experience. All four of these gentlemen went far above and beyond for us. They were friendly and honest all the way. This heavy truck maintenance center is a great asset for large truck owners. Its specific mission is to repair large vehicles. And they do it greatly. The work I had done was a simple LH mirror R&R. When I called to book the appointment, they had me in the next day. The mirror was under warranty, they received it the next day. Had it installed in a hour. While other local dealers couldn’t schedule me for two months! And the young lady running this operation is a very nice lady and very attentive to her customers. She runs a great service center and is a compliment to the Owners. Thanks again and I will be going back if and when the time comes.

Good fast service for oil change, tire rotation and NYS inspection. Good updates on progress with a nice waiting area with free Wi-Fi and coffee. Could have upsold me on a replacement to pass inspection but they suggested another way at less costs which was appreciated.

I’ve had my Bronco regularly serviced at Romeo Ford for the past 2 years and have seen the dealership change owners during that time—for the better! Danielle in the service department is especially wonderful. She’s always helpful, accommodating, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly.
