Guys really helped me out with a tire issue - I was in and out in 30 mins during my lunch. Fantastic service - I will definitely go back when I need something else. Thanks guys - keep up the great work!!

My car was towed here on a Monday, all day long they were telling me they can't find the reason it wouldn't work. And just as they were about to close they call me and tell me the problem and will be ready the next day. I go to pick it up and the service was ridiculously slow. Do not recommend.

After spending the night in Charlotte last night, I found my tire pressure had dropped tremendously this morning due to cold temperature. I stopped by Firestone because it was a name I knew. It was cold and raining, but they took the time to help get me back on the road. I am appreciative of their fast & professional service. They refused payment although they definitely deserved it!

I have been going to Coley-Jordan under old management and now the new. We are a family of 5 and have multiple cars from Honda to Lexus their team has serviced. The level of service, fairness and expertise is u matched and we will continue to be customers as long as we live in CLT..

I had an oil change done here on June 18th for my 2022 Volkswagen Taos. At the time, everything seemed fine — no leaks, no warning lights, no issues. Not long after, I got an oil level warning on my dashboard. When I brought the car back, I was told the leak was coming from the drain plug and that it was just “wear and tear.” That explanation didn’t make sense to me, because a proper oil change should include checking the drain plug and washer — and if there was any damage, it should’ve been noted or discussed before finishing the job. Instead, they charged me $24.85 to supposedly fix the leak. Later, I took my car to the VW dealership and was told the leak was still there. I reached back out to Firestone asking them to take accountability and refund the $24.85 I paid — but they’ve ignor
