My husband and I had car troubles this past weekend and so we called Collin’s Brothers, we had Taylor call us and was very friendly and helpful with the entire situation. He got to us in a timely manner and even helped me to his truck as we were on a busy roadway with a lot of traffic not moving over, he held a nice conversation with us the entire time and made us feel truly welcomed in his space. Austin came to my rescue this evening. The car wouldn't start so Austin suggested that we jump it first to try save me a tow charge. He did get it started but then it ran real rough. He even drove it a little to see if it would even out but it didn't. So he towed it to my mechanic. Austin was kind as well as professional.

Had my car impounded, not my fault but who I let drives fault. I came to pick up Saturday after communicating with dispatch Friday. I come to find out after showing up that they can’t make an appointment until Monday so I get to pay for the entire weekend against my will. I’d go zero stars if I could. So much for 24 hour service.
