Started experiencing engine failure out of the blue, seven hours from home and one hour from our destination, on a major holiday week. Collins Mobile Mechanic responded within minutes. He diagnosed the problem, and made two trips to the parts store to make repairs in the dark that got us up and running enough to make it safely to our destination. We were pleasantly surprised at his very reasonable price, because he could easily have taken advantage of our stranded situation. His ultimate diagnosis was accurate, according to our hometown mechanic where we towed the vehicle at the end of the week. Highly recommend his services if you need them!

My car was having battery issues and wouldn’t start. I would have had to find someone to help me jumpstart it and take it to the mechanic where I likely would have waited for hours and gotten up charged. Luckily I got in contact with Memphis and he was able to come out within 15 minutes and replaced my battery in under an hour!! He was super efficient, will definitely be contacting again if I have more car troubles!
