Onsite Towing LLC

We called this tow truck company after getting one of our vehicles stuck off the edge of the driveway in the cabin we were staying in for the weekend. We got the number from the Public Safety department in Sapphire. He asked for pictures and we sent and he called back and said he would be there in 30-40 minutes. He showed up and hooked a chain to back axle and pulled the vehicle back 5-8 ft. The entire incident took less than 8 seconds. He then told us it would be $450. Absolutely got taken advantage of. DO NOT CALL this place. My fault for not getting a quote of what the cost might be but never thought it would be anywhere close to this much. DO NOT CALL this place.

Onsite saved me when no other companies would! My car was an inch away from rolling off the side of the mountain, no exaggeration! after calling several other tow truck companies and being told they couldnt help, a good samaritan passing by told us about onsite. we called, and they were on the scene and handling the situation within a few minutes. very prompt, friendly, family-run business. Any other alternative to them helping was going to involve serious damage to my car. they got it out with no issues! i'm thankful for Onsite coming to the rescue!!

Called several companies and this was the fastest. There in 30mins (I was close to main rd) Super friendly down to earth. Saved me from rolling down the hill. Done in 10 minutes!

Said they “weren’t interested” in assisting me with a tow because they couldn’t locate the house with the gps app on their phone. I sent a pin through google maps and they still would not assist. May be a good idea to use more than one GPS option in the mountains where that’s an issue to adequately assist people. Shame.

Horrible customer service! I called to ask for help and the first thing he says when I asked "Hi, how are you?" he says "I'm busy and I am working, what do you need?" I just told him, not to worry about it.
