Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Great experience, car was very clean, well equipped, and performed flawlessly. Both Brandon and Alex were very friendly, knowledgeable and explained the unique features of the car thoroughly during the pick-up process. I've rented vehicles here numerous times, and they have always exceeded expectations!

My personal vehicle was totaled and I was an hour away from my home. I visited 2 different enterprise offices and was denied due to not having certain paperwork, which unable to get due to being out of town. As a working class adult I'm not able to get credit card and have to rely on debit card for payment, that is a large obstacle to get around. I was able to get home day later. And obtain reservation from WCU-Cullowhee office and I had no problem, the employee who checked out the car for use was very helpful and awesome customer service. He understood the problems of dealing with no reliable car, transportation and he was overall kind during the whole process. The vehicle I had was exactly like one I had before and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Very good on gas mileage and very roomy for my 6

I had a reservation at this location. They called within 30 hours of the reservation to tell me that they could not honor the reservation because they did not have any vehicles available. Understandable that these things happen. What is less understandable is that they did not offer another location or other assistance to assist when the error was on the company's end, not mine and the notice was not adequate considering the holidays. The situation left me in a bind and the representative was flippant about it.

Unprofessional, rude, and incompetent. I booked a rental 2 weeks before scheduled pick up. I received an email just 2 days before scheduled pick up - as I was on my way to my international flight - saying they were sold out. This massively inconvenienced me in an area where having a vehicle is critical. I lost half a day going to a much further away location to rent a car instead. Staff did not reply to my emails, were rude on the phone, and made no effort to find an alternative solution for me.

Alex was fantastic and so helpful with my rental car process! Loved the car that was provided and will definitely be using them again!
