Collinsville Tire Center

Came in for 2 front tires. Got there at 3:26pm and was told that I had to be there by 3:00pm because they close at 4:00pm. There’s no sign saying that and there were no other customers there. The garage door was open and the open sign was on. The worker and the owner were absolutely furious that I was there and were slamming things around and kicking the wheel on my car. Mumbling and laughing at the condition of my tires to each other where I could hear them. Very ugly and rude. Owner came out and said I’ll do it this time but I won’t do it again. The owner angrily did the payment transaction in silence and didn’t even say thank you. I’ve always liked this place bc it’s affordable and they’re Christian like myself. Really a great place for great service at a fast and a nice price. An update ... Needed some more tires for a different vehicle. The Tire Center had exactly the tread pattern that I was looking for. My old ones were replaced. My new ones were balanced, placed on the vehicle and the ride comfort and the road noise is down to a minimum. Very happy with my purchase ‼️ Thanks again ... Thanks again for the quality service in repairing this leak that I was having to deal with. 👍

Me and my son stopped in yesterday and bought a new tire and had it put on for a full size Chevrolet Silverado.The staff at Collinsville tire found what we needed put the tire on)I would say probably the fastest tire change in Henry county besides of course maybe the Martinsville speedway.The employees are nice and very knowledgeable in all of your tire needs.

I went today to have tires put on the men working done an awesome job putting my tires on ,they were efficient,fast,and polite,the man who did the paperwork was very professional and polite,the office and building was very clean,Mr Charlie Scott,you have the best prices and men that work for you go see them if you need tires you will not be disappointed

I have bought tires at Collinsville tire for over 25 years. But I will never buy another set of tires from there again. When they left the Lug nuts loose on my truck and my wheel fell off. I didn’t complain. I didn’t go on social media saying how bad they were or run the company down. I allowed them to fix the issue. Over the last few years my interactions with Collinsville tire have been poor because of a gentleman named Dale. Dale seems to have a problem with me as I have complained about the wheel balance on my vehicles several times. I can feel a vibration, It wasn’t there before I had new tires put on so I know it has to be the tires. Today when I went in to have my tires rotated I mentioned I had a vibration.
