Had an emergency when driving through town with my van door, and figured I definitely needed my breaks done anyways, I was on a tight schedul. staff is friendly and knowledgeable and got it done in a fair time with a fair price!! definitely recommend them!!

Great inspection site. I needed an inspection sticker for my vehicle and I failed a few times from other stations who wouldn't even help tell me what I needed to pass or offer to fix it and inspect. However at Genes i was quickly greeted and my vehicle unfortunately failed inspection the first time around there, but they let me know what I needed to have fixed for the inspection to pass. When I went back after making the corrections to my vehicle and got my sticker. It took no longer than ten minutes each time. Highly recommend.

My car died next door to Gene's last week. They gave me jump and ordered a new battery. They installed it. I asked them if everything was okay and wasn't another issue and they confirmed there wasn't. Over the weekend, the car had trouble starting. I went to advance auto and they told me it was a bad battery. I had to buy a new battery and have it installed. When I took the bad battery back to Gene's and explained the issue they told me I could not have a refund. Come to find out the battery was over a year old and should have never been installed.

I was in need of some work done on my classic car and needed it in a hurry due to an upcoming road trip. Brent and the folks at Gene’s understood my situation and were able to get me in very quickly . Not only once but twice that week due to another problem that came up. True customer service is getting rare these days but I experienced it here at Gene’s. Prices were good as well and I definitely recommend these folks.

Gene's had been around as long as Ivan remember. Sure friendly folks over there. I was given a rundown of what would be done to my car and was also given phone calls with updates as progress was made on my cars repairs. I was also called as soon as the car was ready. Pick up was simple. Prices were fair. A detailed report was given to me upon completion, explaining what was done and what was charged. Wonderful experience over-all with no problems. I would highly recommend this repair shop for any automotive repairs you may need.
