Collision 2000

I brought my 2022 BMW 7 Series to this shop for a front-end collision repair through an insurance claim. As part of the repair, the left headlight was replaced with a remanufactured unit, billed at $3,093.33 for the headlight alone. I was told the part came from BMW of Minnetonka, yet there was no part number on the headlight, and BMW could not verify its origin. The day after I picked up the car, the DRL on the replaced headlight stopped working. I immediately contacted Brad and returned the vehicle to the shop. Walked in to get my crunched mirror fixed. Brad behind the desk came outside to evaluate the damage, gave me an idea of how long it would take to get the replacement, get it painted, and get it installed. He ordered, called me to bring the car in, gave me a free loaner for 24 hours. When I picked up the car, the mirror was perfectly matched in color to the car. The car had also been washed and detailed inside as a complimentary service. After I paid my bill, Brad told me the car parts dealer had underestimated the cost of the mirror but he wasn't going to charge me the $60 difference. I was so appreciative of all they'd done and so promptly, and I paid the difference so they wouldn't lose money. Highly highly recommend these folks--excellent work!
