I have always had a great experience bringing my truck to Slims. Levi is always very helpful, takes the time to explain things, and makes the whole process easy. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can really trust, and I feel confident bringing my truck here. I appreciate the honest service and the reliability every time I’ve come in. Had my 2020 Ram Warlock towed there. They checked it out and came to the realization that my 5.7 hemi was completely shot!. No charge. Other shops would've played me and lead my along as their bill went up. Honestly honest mechanics. I'll have a new shop for all my future issues.

Had work done here before for an OK price when I provided my own parts and went back today. Needed both rear sway bar end links replaced. Easy stuff but I had no time so paid SMC to order the parts and install. Was told it would be $300. Picked the car back up, $420?? "Sorry, they cost more than we thought." Me: But they're 90 bucks. Why are you charging $220 + labor for them? "Yeah, well bc we have a lifetime warranty" (FYI: Buying the parts directly from NAPA and O'Reilly also yield a lifetime warranty.) "...and we have to make money right" NO. That's what I'm paying you $184 installation for. Also this is a 1-hour job tops, you do the math there. Don't go here unless you want to pay 140% mark-up on smaller parts and a last minute bill surprise not in your favor.
