The Plaza - Cityview by Vivie

My Sister and I are guardians for our Aunt who was a memory care resident until March of 2024. After the change in ownership, her quality of care declined drastically, several fall incidents with no explanation and in some cases no phone call from any staff, or it being reported in her medical file. I would not recommend them to anyone. When we left it was like the Director didn't care about our Aunt or offer any answers for the many issues we raised. Not even an apology. If I could give no stars I would.

My mom has lived at Vive for seven years. She started out in independent living. She had a stroke and was moved to assisted living three years ago. It was so nice for my mom to be able to stay were she was familiar after her stroke. I feel my mom is in the best living situation, she gets the help she needs and still gets to do the activities and be around her friends. The staff is great and I don't feel that I need to worry about her safety.

I had an outstanding experience today at Vivie Health Facility. From the moment I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Vivie Home Health Care Facilities to anyone seeking top-quality medical care.

My wife and I drove to Anoka yesterday afternoon to visit a close friend of ours, a resident at The Plaza. We'd visited him numerous times in the past, but not since he'd moved into the memory-care unit on the ground floor. The reception gals were very welcoming - as always - and access to the locked unit was simple and easy. The staff on duty in the unit were equally welcoming and most accommodating. The commons area and hallways were bright and inviting, and we were especially impressed with how spacious and attractive our friend's 'apartment' (room) was. What's more, our friend was not only in good spirits but he looked and sounded as good as the last time we saw him... which would indicate that he's receiving excellent care. Very great experience from the time I walked in the door. The receptionist Dorrine was very friendly and inviting. The inside was well kept and beautiful.
