Collision Care Accident Repair

Scheduled an appointment for a free estimate for damage to my driver's side wheel guard thanks to the ice we've had. I was assisted by Kervin and had a very positive experience. He took an initial look at the damage, then brought my car in to have one of the mechanics take a deeper look, and I had a quote in hand all within 30 minutes. While I was originally shopping around for estimates, I decided to move forward with the repair with this shop because of his clarity and honesty about my options, as well as timeline and process for the repair. Definitely recommend!

This garage is amazing and provides the very best care in Virginia! I had a claim for damage to my vehicle in hand, went to see Nick and his crew at Arlington Collision Care, and they fixed my damage without charging me a dime! Nick took care of my damage when I had my vehicle vandalized a little over a year ago and really helped me this time by repairing my car without charging me a cent. The customer service and workmanship will put dealership repair shops to shame. I had a minor mishap in the rear edge of the right side bumper just above the tires. I was given an estimate within 10 minutes of my arrival. I scheduled an apportionment for the repair work and came prepared to drop off my car. To my surprise, I was informed that the small strip on the fender can be taken off without necessitating the vehicle be left with them. This saved me a lot of money because I no longer needed to rent a car. Another pleasant surprise was when I went to pick-up the car.
