Finally an honest business owner , that doesn’t just work to make a buck I had the unfortunate incident that someone decided to key my car, it was 2 ft long on the driver side. I happened to stop at collision center to have it repaired,, and met Bob He quickly took my car in did the repair, and didn’t charge me a dime. All I can say is if everyone was like Bob. The world would be a much better place. Thanks again Bob, and happy holidays

I had a fantastic experience with collision Center getting my car repaired after I unfortunately hit a deer last month. Bob was super friendly and he helped me navigate my insurance company and the rental. He got my car right in and out and even helped me with another minor repair on my other vehicle. I certainly hope I don't have another accident but if I do I know exactly who I'll call first thing. Thank you!

Incredible quality and great people to work with. Had them repair the front of my Accord. They work very well with insurance. I highly recommend them, and have had many positive experiences.

When you ask your mechanic to recommend a body shop and then you ask your detailer to recommend a body shop....and they both recommend the same one....you know they must be good. I had a 'mishap' with a rock wall and when Bill at Collision Center asked, "when would you like to have it done?"... I jokingly said, "today"..... he suggested I go next door for lunch while they put my bumper back together!! In addition, he took the time to give me product advice on caring for the car.... is five stars enough? No wonder they get so many recommendations! Thank you Bill and everyone at the shop!

I can't say enough about Bill and Collision Center in Torrington. They helped us though the insurance process, and even helped us book a rental car, paid for by our insurance, from Enterprise. We appreciated his honesty and help. If we are in a situation again where we need collision repair work done, we will definitely go back!
