Collision Centers of St. Louis

Had a really good experience at Collision Centers of St. Louis. Got 3 quotes to repair a side swipe on my relatively new Volvo. They were the most reasonable. They were recommended by my insurance company but I have a high deductible so paid all my self. Looks like new. When we picked up my car my wife asked about some damage on her car. She didn't have an appointment, Kari took care of us, gave us a quote and buffed out one long scratch that I did to my wife's car for no charge. Thanks Kari, got me out of hot water! Very professional and highly recommend.

I received my vehicle back making break noise. On top of the long wait of them keeping the vehicle. They had the vehicle for over a month for a $3800 damage claim. If you don’t mind waiting and rude customer service this is a place for you!!! The fog light wasn’t properly secured on the bumper. Airbags light is still on!

Rachel was very polite and helpful explaining everything along the way when it came to my insurance claim. Mark handled all the repairs, which were mainly bodywork, and did an outstanding job. He was professional, honest, and kept me informed with pictures and updates throughout the entire process. My car looks like it was never in an accident—his attention to detail is impressive. Everything was done on time and with great care. If you need quality bodywork and a mechanic you can trust, I highly recommend asking for Mark at Collision Centers of St. Louis.

Worst experience ever. They had my car for over 20 days and in that time never called to update me once. When I would call them, they gave me the run around. At one point, the receptionist thought I had already picked up my car. As if she didn't know where it was. Then I can't be certain but I swear my odometer is about 500 miles more than it was when I dropped it off. Plus when I picked it up, I had a full tank of gas, I only had a half tank when I dropped it off. Really weird. I personally will not go back here again.

My experience with Collision Centers was excellent after I was hit by another driver. Everytime I called, Deb was always helpful and nice and Steph was always courteous as well when she would call me with updates. I was never questioning what progress was being made as there were many updates along the way. The body work was excellent and my car looks just as it did before the accident (before and after photos included). I would highly recommend this body shop if you need any work done and want it done right and efficiently. :)
