Take 5 Oil Change

All of the employees at Take 5 Oil Change were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The service was quick, efficient, and well organized. They put focus to my cabin air filter which wasn’t changed since I bought my car! They took care of that right way! Daniel was very respectful and handled my oil change with care. I truly appreciate the great customer service I consistently receive. I’ve never had a bad experience at the Bridgeton location — they are always friendly and dependable. 5 STARS! Again, I highly recommend the Bridgeton location for sure!

The guys here this morning 2/22 were rude and dismissive. Which I shouldn’t have been surprised by since they took advantage of my daughter in law last time she came to get her oil changed. Why can’t it just be an oil change without a hassle? Shouldn’t you, as a business, have the right oil at the advertised price without giving me grief because I asked for it?

I visited the location on St. Charles Rock Road around 3 p.m on 2/26/26. This was my first time patronizing this company. The young man who serviced my car was exceptional—he provided some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. All of the staff were kind and professional; however, he truly stood out. I regret not getting his name so I could properly give him a shout-out!

Waited 45 minutes in line for them to tell me they are OUT of 0W-16 oil. I told them I would be fine with the manufacturer’s recommended 0W-20 instead, and they tried telling me my car doesn’t take that oil. Knowing I drive a Toyota Camry, could’ve told me that in line. Then, they ask me to go BUY IT MYSELF from Autozone and bring it back for 50 bucks - clearly showing they charge 50$ just in labor. Employees just casually smoking around the building too. I will NEVER come here again. What a nightmare. Save yourself.

Lifesavers, genuinely. Called up the shop and asked some tips on how to remove a dumbass oil filter at the worst angle. Mike and Jordan took care of the issue easy. Really appreciate their hospitality, attitude, and even showed us how they dealt with the issue! really appreciate their work and customer service!
