If I could give it less than 1 star, I would! I knew better than to go there but my son insisted and made the appointment for me. They couldn't even get my phone number right while making the appointment. I had a noon appointment that I arrived 15 minutes early for. This was for an inspection. At 2:45, I called to inquire about my vehicle. I was told they had some difficulty in the shop but it was corrected and my car would be the next to go in. At 4:45, my son drove me up to get my car. They hadn't called me so I was concerned and needed my car to go to work. Upon arrival, I was told my car failed the inspection. The only reason they gave me was that my check engine light was on. I asked if they ran codes on it and they said it would require full diagnostic test. I said "well just get my

I took my car to Meineke for a rattling noise that my car was making! Meineke diagnosed the problem did a thorough check under neath the vehicle and told me what the issue was! I was given an invoice with the diagnosis and the price! I called the next day, spoke to Andy Kelley and he got me in, I was there less than an hour…. My problem was fixed, no rattling noise could be heard anywhere anymore! I underestimated Meineke before ever giving them an opportunity to work on my vehicle! I’m pleased with my services they performed and yes I will go back and refer anyone who’s looking to get services and not have to wait long! Thank you Andy and your Meineke Team! Easy to schedule. The technicians were considerate of not getting my keys dirty. The coupons were a bit tricky. “Synthetic blend” vs “synthetic “ and somehow my car could only have the more expensive one. 🤔 Overall, they did a very good job is a very timely manner.

I went in for an oil change and I told the technician about a smoke smell coming through the ventilation system into the cabin of my car. They checked it professionally, explained what was causing the smoke from the exhaust, and told me how it needs to be repaired. Satisfactory!

The manager Andy along with Shawn & Bobby are great and do wonderful work. They are a great team and do not try to sell you something you do not need! It is the ONLY shop I trust to take my car to and always will with them there!
