Great service! After everything with insurance was figured out it took less than a week for the shop to get my truck in and back out. Even with as busy as they are. Truck looks better than it did from the factory. Couldn’t be more pleased with everything.

Five-star experience from the start. Pitzenbergers sent a tow truck to my house to pick up my vehicle as soon as I called them about an estimate. They worked with my insurance regarding a rental car and getting my car fixed after hitting a deer. I just picked up my car and it’s perfect. Everything is fixed and it’s spotless, inside and out. Everyone I dealt with there was very friendly and easy to work with. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with them again. Thank you!

I had a repair done here a few years ago (2022). My Jeep windshield was cracked and body had dents in it from vandalism. The guy at the front desk had excellent customer service and was good about calling me and keeping me updated on where things were at during repair. You don't always get that. The dents had been fixed and windshield replaced. It looked good as new. On the day of pickup there was some issues with one of my turn signal lights and I informed them before leaving (that wasn't there before repair). This was around may be 15 to 20 minutes of closing time and they still went and replaced my light with a temporary and while it wasn't a permanent solution, I appreciated that they went back and corrected the problem on such short notice. I honestly believe that it happened

We took our car here for a radiator, radiator support, condenser and new bumper. Was told it was ready to pick up, made it about 15 miles and our motor blew.

Dependable service time after time. They are American Family preferred shop. Their work is stunning. Youll never even be able to tell there was ever anything wrong. They have been my go to since my frist car. They will fix the smallest ding to full body repair at a reasonable price.
