Had some warranty work done that took a little longer than expected. Todd took care of us through the whole thing. I drive from an hour away just because of his attention to detail and the fact that he CARES! More dealers should take notes from his personal touch. It's what separates the good from the BEST!!

Matt H came out during the oil change and tire rotation to see if it’s ok that they don’t put the undercarriage cover back on as it was only being held up by a screw and 2 zip ties. I service my car here regularly so was shocked that was the case and said I guess if it doesn’t need to be put back on. He said they break all the time. Then after my car was finished, I drove off and something underneath was dragging. I took it back immediately and they fixed it. When he brought it back something was still hanging low. Matt said they could remove it too. I handed him my keys and said please put my car back the way I brought it in. They brought me out to the service garage and showed me how it’s zip tied up again. Scheduled for Oil change and tire rotation. They changed the air filter after showing it to me. I asked if they rotated the tires when I went to pay my bill. They said no it wasn’t scheduled that way. I always schedule tire rotation. Guess I need to clarify when I hand the keys over next time. They did offer to do the tires, but I had other commitments. I had to call three times to schedule. Left a message twice with no return call. I wanted to purchase a vehicle locally for the service. Does it really matter?
