Won't take my truck anywhere else. Travis and Alex are the best and don't try to get you to fix things that you don't need fixed. He has reasonable prices and doesn't try to rip you off.

would not recommend they promise to work on your vehicle and get it in this week for sure then that doesnt happen so you call again and they tell you your vehicle is coming in next call again and now they cant get to it for another week and recommend you take it somewhere else so now youve wasted two weeks just to get back to square one

Dropped my truck off to repair the head 14 months ago. Was told it would take 4 to six weeks depending on part availability. Granted the part is hard to find but when I told him a place to try he told me to go pick it up. He has my only vehicle and I’m a household of six. I try to stop by to talk to him after I get off work at 4, he’s closed even though the sign says open until 5. Try to call and can’t even leave a message because answering machine is full. Still paying on the truck to the dealership and other mechanics won’t accept due to liability based off him taking off a part to have it checked. He’s never even tried reaching me to tell me anything about it, no progress report, bill or otherwise. *Update* Called a few month down the road and he yells at me telling me it’s my fault for

Travis Foreman is an awesome professional! He has previously worked on my vehicle and will always be direct and honest. He doesn't try to unnecessarily up-sell anything and is a genuinely nice person. I plan on continuing give him and Northwest Auto Repair my business!

My F350 wouldn’t start after shutting it off, I called Travis and he was able to look at it the following day. Turned out to be the starter. He had it repaired and back on the road the same day! Thanks for the prompt and quality service!
