Collision Masters MN

I have had the pleasure of knowing John and Collision Masters for several years. They are a quality shop that does the job for a fair price. In my most recent mishap, John stayed in touch with me frequently and let me know they were helping me keep cost down. I really like the way my car turned out and appreciate the great service that Collision Masters brings to the table.

John was great to work with while I navigated the process of having my truck repaired. He was very responsive both through email and phone calls and was sure to keep me updated every few days as the work was wrapping up. I appreciated this so much as I was curious on the status of when parts were coming in and when I could expect to pick it up as I had to figure out other methods of transportation and rentals. They also worked with the towing company and insurance company professionally and quickly to make sure my repairs were moving along in a reasonable manner. Even with the slow down of production on parts and labor they were able to get my truck fixed in a little over two months which was months before other shops in the area were even willing to look at my truck and give an estimate.

2 years ago, when I first brought my car here, I would have given it a 5 star rating based on first interactions with John and his "kind"personality. Now, I wish I could give 0 stars. To start, my car was in the shop for 10 months (no exaggeration), since then, I've been back 6 times to "fix" MANY things like chipped paint, missing clips, mismatched/unblended paint, malfunction lights being on, parts not fitting, my window falling out of the slots, etc. I get every excuse in the book from the owner and feel manipulated. I finally got my car appraised by a professional and they told me it was the worst body work theyve ever seen. I strongly regret ever going to this place and I hope nobody does again.

John is one of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. He is a very good communicator and the quality of his work is exceptional. He also stands behind his work and genuinely wants to make sure you are a satisfied customer. I have used him numerous times and would highly recomment him to anyone.

John was great to work with and very honest and open about pricing and process. He made all of my options very clear and made sure I was getting the best deal possible. They made my truck look better than it did when I first bought it! Highly recommend!
