Collision Repair of Jonesboro

I had the best experience at Collision Repair of Jonesboro. I took in my 2020 Honda Accord to get a full repair on the whole right passenger side because of a driving hiccup I had few months ago. They really took care of me & my car. Thank God my insurance covered everything. They were really good about giving weekly updates on my car. A few weeks later I finally picked up my car, and they truly left it like brand new. I am completely satisfied with their work. The doors were all fixed to perfection, the whole right side was repainted perfectly, and they even fixed my driver's side window at no charge, because that's how kind they are. Great experience working with Jeff at Collision Repair! Needed a whole new door shell, window and paint job. Looks brand new and they even cleaned the inside spotless! I was worried about my paint color being matched because it has a sparkle to it, but it was perfect. Staff was very kind! I have to return in a few weeks to get the name plate added back on due to it being on back order (no fault of theirs). Quick turnaround too!

I would recommend Collision Repair to anyone in the Jonesboro area. They went above and beyond to make this experience easy for our daughter who is 2.5 hours from home. She even had to bring the car to them with a dying battery and they fixed it at no charge.

I would highly recommend first of all the lady at the front desk was so nice I appreciate a business that has great customer service! I got text messages keeping me informed of the progress on my Jeep repair and got it back looking like a new vehicle!
