Colonial Airstream

I visited this RV dealer back in May when I started looking. what a great sales staff and although I didn't purchase at that time, I said to myself that this dealer knows their stuff and were very professional. After going to every other dealer in NJ, PA, and NY, I had 2 dealers with bad business practices that were clearly evident. Long story short, I ended up back at Colonial and purchased the perfect RV at a remarkable price. I recommend this dealer over every other dealer in the tri-state area.

I scrubbed the internet looking for the exact model Airstream I wanted. I looked at every dealership in New England until I found the right interior colors, condition, size, you name it. I found my dream 23 Foot Flying Cloud here at Colonial Airstream. We negotiated my trade (2024 20FB Bambi) and my sale (2024 23FB Flying Cloud) over the phone, I put down a deposit, and I was very happy with the deal. I purchased a Winnebago Solis from Colonial in 2023 and was completely satisfied with the sales process. Kristen Vielma (Sales Representative) was completely transparent and competitive on pricing. I recently had an issue with my heating system and reluctantly brought my RV to a local authorized Winnebago dealer. It has been in their shop since October waiting for a minor part from Winnebago that they stated was on back-order. I decided to call Colonial after obtaining the part number and they located the part within a day and arranged to have the part delivered to the repair shop within a week. Paul Botticelli (Pars Advisor) at Colonial was extremely knowledgeable and kept me informed on the status of the part. He provided constant updates, and made sure I was completely satisfied.

My wife and I are proud Airstream owners who recently got locked IN our camper because our inside door handle broke. Once we were out of the camper, I began calling to find a replacement part. No one I called had the part in stock and told me it may take up to two weeks to get from Airstream. The dealer I called suggested I call Colonial in NJ and I was told if anyone had it in stock it would be Colonial. I called Colonial and got Paul B in the parts department.
