Colonial worked with our extended warranty company and got our air conditioner ordered and installed within one month. Thanks colonial for fixing our air-conditioning and allowing us to travel in comfort.

My husband and I were very disappointed in the service department at Colonial RV . We brought in our Winnebago Travato for repair. While we waiting to speak to team member we witnessed another customer very unhappy with the “repairs” done to his truck. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t much better. We had a lengthy conversation with two Colonial representatives about repairs that needed to be done and getting approval from our extended warranty. My husband was very clear in saying he wanted them to reach out to our warranty company to see what was covered before touching our van. A whole week passed by without a call from them. Both my husband and I called on several occasions and only got an answering machine with no call back . Finally I drove down myself to see what was going on , on
