Xtreme Machines

Wanted to share our positive experience this past week at Xtreme Machines. We went there to help my daughter get her 1st street motorcycle. We were greeted by Johnathan and later Lexi ended up walking my daughter thru the entire transaction. Lexi is super knowledgeable and answered all my daughter’s questions. Lexi is very patient even helping us secure the correct the insurance policy. My daughter’s finance work was completed by Johnathan and he is really a super great person. John made us laugh all while making the paperwork effortless. Elisa then helped Kenzie pick out the right helmet and tinted visors. Elisa was super knowledgeable as well and spent the time with us to make sure we made the right decision when it came to gear. Overall the entire was awesome and when it comes to

Overall I'm happy with my experience. Sales dude Jack was friendly and knowledgeable, wasnt just trying to make a sale but get me on the right bike for what I needed. Their showroom is nice and stocked well. Would have gave five stars if not for two things. Their riding gear is marked up, was able to find the same product online for 25%-30% less. And was told they'd pull a decal off for me which they didn't. Would recommend to new and experienced riders.

Jack was great! We are first time riders and needed a utility atv. Helped us from start to finish. He even stayed after hours to make sure we could pick up our new atv same day. 5 stars Al around. Such a great experience and we will definitely be shopping here again!

Let me just say this place is amazing. We went to motorcycle mall of Monmouth first cause it’s close to home. The sales man there I had to show him what a clutch was and what was automatic.He had no idea about any of the quads in that place and that right there made me leave that store. so we swung over to extreme machines and Jonathan helped us out he gave us details with no pressure. If you looking for a new toy definitely go to extreme machines, I’ll def be back to get more toys. Jonathan the salesman is top Notch.

Awesome experience. Drove 2 1/2 hours away to make a deal on a new bike that they got in for me very quickly. Talked numbers on the phone With a Trade. When I got there I got the exact deal that we talked about. My salesman was Nick Petroff . Awesome guy highly Recommend.. I will definitely be doing business Again with them in the future. A++
