I had a really good experience with my repair (RF hood and headlight) Pam did my estimate and it was pretty spot on with the final bill. She was also very nice, professional, and she promptly kept me notified of the progress “every” day. The lady’s in reception were all very professional and very nice to speak to anytime I interacted with them. They did an excellent job on my truck and they also didn’t just have it washed…they DETAILED it outside AND inside as well! That really topped off the journey getting my truck repaired with this company. I highly recommend them if you need any body work on your auto.

Good customer service the whole way through. They continuously kept me updated throughout the process and the results look great. They used quality parts and kept the process moving forward each and every day which made for a quick turn around. Will definitely go back if I have any other damage again.

We took an older Subaru in to have new roof rails attached, and are very satisfied with the work that was done. Chris, the estimator, was easy to work with, and treated us fairly. They clean the car up when they were done and it looked great inside and out. They even Armoralled the tires and the interior. The office staff was helpful and personable as well. Based on this experience, next time I need some work done I know where to go.

Not only do they do top notch body/paint work their support/admin personnel are super friendly and caring. They listen, heed, advise and take action appropriately. I cannot say enough about Chris Dalton and the way he bent over backwards to help me and kept me informed every step of the way. I was also loving the Nissan Rogue you loaned me and sadly (LOL) you finished in only 8 days so I had to bid the Rogue adieu. Thanking all Y'all at Colonial Heights Collision Center once again.
