Colony Tire and Service

Update: Day 2 of the TPMS still not working like they said it would. So not only terrible customer service but also poor workmanship? I refuse to go back for them to fix their mistake and will find another business who treats all customers fairly. I literally watched another customer come in and drop off 6 large tires after me and was able to pick them up, pay and leave well before I was. I missed an entire day of work due to their slow services. It took them almost 4hrs to fix one tire valve stem and TPS sensor. First I walk in and the dude just stares at me, so initiate the conversation first, what terrible customer service! I dropped the single tire off at 8:30am on a Monday and didn’t get it back until after 12:00pm. So I get a phone call after 2hrs asking the make a model of my truck

Got 2 new tires (i purchased them online) And was looking for a place to put them on so I decided to give colony tire a try and I can say im glad I did price was fair and I can't guarantee this speed every time but they got me in an out in literally 20 minutes

This is a place where you WANT to go...... not where you HAVE to go. Very knowledgeable staff and very honest. I'm a customer for life. Bought wheels and tires from here.

Made an online appointment on Tuesday 5/6/25 for Friday 5/9/25 for 0730. Arrived, checking in and the gentleman stated we don’t do appointments online 🤔 Okay, I need my brake pads replaced. He then goes outside to come back in to tell me we have 2 other big jobs to do and we won’t be able to get yours done.. Why not take down the appointments on the website or was he just blowing smoke up my? Very Disappointed

Had colony install a BDS 5” lift, rims, tires and air bags. Truck looked great when it was picked up but steering was hard to control. Took it back to colony and couldn’t find anything wrong with it. Truck was too dangerous to drive cause the steering was terrible. Took the truck to eastern off road and cost me another 2500.00 to correct the issue colony couldn’t find after i spent 10,000 with colony. I called colony and tried to get them to reimburse what I spent with eastern, because they couldn’t find the issue, but the district manager wouldn’t return my calls. I would definitely recommend eastern off road for any off road needs you might have. The air bags I had to rewire because it looked like a two year old wired it up. I would not recommend colony to do any work on anything.
