HANDS DOWN the absolute best service we have ever experienced! I dropped this ATV off with the young lady that owns the place, and I WISH I HAD THE BEFORE PICTURES. When I came to pick it up, I drove right by it! I didn't even recognize that it was the same ATV I had dropped off. They completely restored the exterior and fix the problem with the carburetor for only a fraction of our competitors pricing. Every ATV, utv, and bike or trailers that we need to service or buy will come from Commonwealth Motorsports.

Best Polaris atv dealer/repair center, period. Tommy drove over 5 hours 1 way to help me out when my sportsman had an issue in West Virginia. It made everyone's jaw drop when Tommy showed up in the middle of the night to get me back up and running. Thank you Commonwealth Motorsports and Tommy Locklin for salvaging our Hatfield Mccoy trip.

Recently purchased a 2019 250 rr Beta motorcycle from Commonwealth and have to say they are an amazing dealer. Randy is a total professional and a very nice guy! They added parts, communicated extremely well and the price was very fair. Would absolutely buy from them again. Highly recommend them.

Courteous staff completed the repairs on my ATV ahead of the targeted time originally promised. They charged a reasonable price and met my needs. I will use this business again, if the need arises.

Pretty disappointed. Took my ATV in for a standard check over/service and to get some quotes on repairs and upgrades. They said they were backed up 2 weeks. Fine, I understand. 7 weeks later, after calling and hearing excuses for not looking at it (they lost a mechanic, other motors "came in"-- implying each time the repairs had come in AFTER my machine, etc, I finally broke it out of ATV jail with the basic service and 1 repair (which was completed 2 days before I picked it up) totaling over $600. Maybe if I had yelled or been more rude, my ATV would have been completed on time or in under 2 months. They will not be getting my return business nor will I be pricing future purchases from them.
