Ed and Anthony, I can’t say enough about these guys! From my first phone call to Ed, I knew I wanted to do business with him. He’s honest, not pushy, very upfront, and very engaged. He kept me updated with texts, calls, and when my appt came around he had the vehicle warming up for me so I could test drive it. He pointed out every small imperfection and made sure I knew what every inch of the truck looked like and what condition it was in. When I called to make my appointment I was told there was. Diagnostic fee but if the work was completed at the dealership I would not be charged the fee. When I went to pick up my jeep there was a gentleman on the phone helping someone and a woman listening into two gentleman socializing. I waited for the gentleman to get off the phone then he asked the woman if she was doing anything and if she could help me. She then offered to help me. During a phone conversation I had with the service department once the discovered what was needed with my jeep I was told the repair would be around 360.00. I told them to go ahead and complete the repair. My jeep was originally in for the death wobble recall repair. The woman told me my total for the repair was 508.00. I asked for clarification as to
