100k warranty is a joke. Transmission seal leaking. Was told its a seal and not covered. Called Kia customer service was told its up to the dealership on what parts are covered. They will find a way to get out of covering anything and everything. Unless its a recall.

I have been going there for service the last 3 years, last year mi car had a recall for seats railing, when I went for oil change they said they needed to order some pieces to get the recall done, then after 2 months they called saying they received the pieces and scheduled an appointment. Said appointment came and I left my car at the dealership, 2 hours later I came back and the receptionist told me they didn't do anything because the pieces they got were not the right ones, they would order them again and give me another appointment, which they never did, and my car doesn't show the recall no more, it means they marked it as fixed. After that I went for another oil change, the lady was upset because I refused to change cabin filters and charged me the most expensive oil change I ever pa

ZERO stars. Do not go to this place. I also do business at Kia sales, having recently bought a new car from here a few months ago. The experience at their service center certainly is giving me pause to return to the sales center if this is how they operate. Paid for oil change and tire rotation. I asked to witness them change the oil filter but they couldn’t get the cap off. I wanted to witness the filter change because I had reason to believe that the filter had not been changed during the previous oil change. After I went to the waiting area they said that they had changed the filter but they did not show me. I complained about not witnessing the oil filter change but I didn’t know how to resolve this after the fact. After returning home I noticed that the air flow cover that I witnesse

KIA Baytown my car had this issue I took it in before the recall. The service dept could not figure out the coolant leak. My Son fixed my car. Then the recall came out. I showed all the proof needed I had the problem and had to fix it on my own. KIA customer service denied my claim after 5-6 months of waiting. I would not go here. Buyer beware.
