I genuinely do not understand how this dealership has positive reviews. We purchased a 2017 Range Rover on February 20th for $13,000 cash. Within 24 hours, the check engine light came on and my driveway was covered in oil. I immediately contacted the dealership and was told the manager wasn’t in but would call back later. That call never came. By Monday, the engine bay was smoking. I called again and was told they might be able to look at it when they service the airbag light later that week. In the meantime, we took the vehicle to Range Rover directly. They found multiple serious issues, including intake leaks, transmission pan leaks, and recommended replacing the crankcase. I don’t often leave reviews, and I’ve never left a negative one before, but I feel obligated to warn other car buyers about our experience. The staff we interacted with were generally friendly, but the office itself is extremely poorly managed. We asked to test drive a specific vehicle and were shown a completely different one — same model, but a different year, mileage, trim, and vehicle history. We were not made aware of this at the time. We then waited over two hours with our small children to complete paperwork, during which multiple errors had to be corrected. At one point things were delayed even further because our key was given to the wrong person, who then left. I bought a 2014 Audi from Alex and I had a horrific experience, a few days after the purchase a low oil light came on they referred me to there partnering mechanics who only filled it up never fixed the problem, they continuously gave me the run around and had me drop the vehicle off with no one there and returned it to me and had me sign a document saying it was fixed but I have no idea if they did anything at all and the check engine light came on right after, zero accountability from Alex and I communicated with him from day one, was completely understanding and tried working with him. It was never disclosed prior to the sale that there where issues with the vehicle, overall they lied, do not purchase here they will scam you!
