Complete Automotive

Hello, I'm the person my son and I were referred to when we arrived. A very kind man greeted us right away. A woman was on a call when my son and I started asking about the work we needed done. He said it was perfect and that they did that kind of work, but the receptionist was in charge of pricing. We had to wait about five minutes after she finished her call. When we asked our first question, she rudely told us they didn't do that kind of work. I got upset, and she noticed I left angry because she's a very rude person who treats people with racism. I feel sorry for the owner who loses money because of people like this who have no principles or work ethic. They lack professionalism. Unfortunately, I don't plan to return to that place. I went a few times to repair my truck there, and the mechanic did it super well! I have no complaint with the mechanic, but with the lady who attends at the counter, I went with my boyfriend who is white and when I went with him she attended us super attentive and cordial but when I went alone she treated me super badly, racist and sharp she spoke to me despot and I thought it was only my imagination but then I recommended them to a friend and they went and the same thing happened to her then I understood that it was racism for being Mexicans. So I can’t recommend this place 100% for this issue but I just have to thank the mechanic for his work! But this girl shouldn’t be serving the counter with her terrible attitude.

They should change their name to Complete Garbage. Long wait times (including bumping you to the bottom of the list instead of working on it and then not saying anything), rude staff, poor work. Gotta love spending a couple grand and almost a month in the shop for the service done to barely even last a year. Thanks for making me spend another couple grand at a different shop to finally get it fixed properly! They did it in a day too.

We cannot recommend this place strongly enough. The owner Bret is a very friendly and stand-up guy, on top of being a truly GENIUS mechanic. We were stuck in Kansas (from Colorado) and some other shop told us we needed a new transmission, we wanted a second opinion, and brought our Hyundai to Complete Automotive. Bret discovered it was some loose bolts in our flex plate. How he knew to look there we still have no idea, it must be a God-given gift! He tightened them down, which got us home. Once we got back, we went to get replacement bolts and put them in ourselves, and it literally took an entire day of work, for what he did in 40 minutes. His fee was very modest and we couldn't have been more relieved. We owe him a great debt! Other things we liked: cozy waiting room, very friendly count

Complete Automotive provides fast, friendly and real reasonably priced repairs. I have used them several times for my daughter Brooke's vehicle while she attends McPherson College. Always a great experience. Natalia (hope I spelled it right) is always a delight. She is always able to fit the car into their busy schedule on short notice when I'm in a pinch. Heck, she even offers to deliver the vehicle to you when the repair is completed. It is so nice to know that I can always count on Complete Automotive to take care of my daughter's automotive needs when I am 460 miles away in Denver. I highly recommend Complete Automotive to everyone for all your auto repairs and maintenance!
