Comprehensive Auto Repair

I was referred to Comprehensive Auto Repair from the previous owner of the car I purchased. After noticing a fluid leak soon after purchasing the car, I decided to give them a call. They were able to get in the same day to diagnose the issue. They went above and beyond with correcting the issue as the repair ended up being more complicated than expected. They were able to source a hard to find part and quickly got it installed once the part arrived. Throughout the process Tim kept me informed on the progress. Even though the repair ended up being more extensive than anticipated, I was still only charged the original quoted price. I don’t know where else you can get service like this. I will definitely be returning here for future maintenance as they have proven to me that they are thorough

Amazing customer service. They don't overcharge or scam you on pricing. Gave me a detailed explanation of what was going on with my car, options to repair, and updated me throughout the process. Car runs as smooth now as when I first bought it. Will definitely return if/when my car has more issues and recommend this place to friends.

Tim is the BEST. Rescued again !!! Had clutch problems in my Honda, made a appointment to get my car in the next day. Tim told me to get it to him as soon as I could and they would look at it. Had it towed in about noon. They replaced the hydraulic master, the complete exhaust system, and serviced the worn brakes. My car was ready in HOURS. Some places claim they treat you like family. This guy REALLY does ! Five stars does not do these guys justice. **************** Thomas
