Enjoyed my experience. Everyone was pleasant and professional. They graciously honored a several year old gift certificate fot a car detailing I won at a raffle. My car looks brand new.

I had a significant amount of damage from an accident, and took my truck somewhere my insurance recommended first but didn't have a good feeling. My mechanic recommended Concourse Elite, and I'm glad he did. Andrew was great, and when seeing the vehicle first asked if everyone was ok - a small gesture but meant a lot. Theresa was incredible with working with my insurance, I was always in the loop and I didn't need to follow up - she was on it. The work is... incredible. I can't tell the accident ever happened. I expected small tolerance issues, but fit was amazing and paint matched a 5 year old vehicle perfectly. Andrew even brought me the truck to my house when it was finished. I can't say enough great things. Absolutely will recommend to anyone that ever asks for body work in the futur

I took our Honda Fit over to Concourse Elite to get it checked after a local tire shop claimed the alignment was all out of wack due to hitting a pothole. Kevin at Concourse Elite sent it out to his go to shop for alignments and got the alignment report back and nothing was wrong with the car, all was well. When I picked up our car. it was spotless. They cleaned it inside and out. Even detailed it under the hood. The car looked as good as the day we bought it. That is some awesome service. Even though there was nothing wrong with the car they took the time to give it a complete detail. Super happy with the service at Concourse elite.

I’m not sure why they hired the woman in the front as she is extremely rude. I brought my car in to get my grill/hood fixed and they offered to replace my bumper as well which took more time. After the original update the time continued to be pushed back 2+ weeks. When I was supposed to get my car I got a call noting that they ordered the wrong grill and needed more time to get the new part and at a certain point I didn’t even know when I was supposed to get my car back since my agent (Kevin) was on vacation. I called multiple times for it to go to voicemail or been told I’d get a call back but didn’t. When I finally was informed the day I was supposed to pick it up they told me one of the workers broke one of my wipers while cleaning my car and they needed more time to replace it. I’m a

Kevin and Concours Collision Center are exceptional. I showed up with a minor issue and Kevin got it repaired super quick and at a very reasonable price. Bob is an awesome guy too. Great people, great service, very trustworthy. Side note, I took another car to Comcours. They are exceptional. Hands down the best place in Chico
