Conicelli Toyota of Springfield Service Center

Conicelli did a great job since I was late with my state inspection. I called up on Monday, they had a lot of appointments available, and we able to get me in within a couple of days. On the day of the inspection I stayed and it was done in a reasonable amount of time and cheaper than I expected. The staff was great, polite, and moved things along. The experience was great.

I took my SUV in for service; Pa/emissions inspection, oil/filter change, tire rotation, 4 wheel alignment and a courtesy multi-point inspection. Work was completed the same day, there were no surprise charges and I even got a 10% senior citizen discount. However, when looking over the paperwork at home regarding the alignment, I noticed several (at least 5 of 10) of the readings for the alignment were worse AFTER the alignment was done. I have no idea how this happened so I called the dealership and sent a pic of the report over to the service advisor (Frank) who agreed that something wasn ´t right. I returned to the dealership and the alignment was done correctly with better results the second time.

Bought my Toyota new from here 3 years ago, I've only ever taken it to the service center here. I wish I could say it was a great experience. Usually whatever work you get done here, you'll need extra time and at least two trips to get it done right. Completely overpaid for tires (I missed one sale and they dropped a new sale right after I paid. Of course.) When installing new tires, they managed to break the tpms sensor and valve stem - a quick set of tires before a very busy holiday weekend turned into a fiasco, leaving me stranded with a flat tire. I have always had good service here until today. Had my car in for 10,000 mile service. I was also waiting for it. Well after 2 3/4 hours later I was not told my car was done! I had to go out to the service writer and ask! Also I marked the tires beforehand, and checked them when I got home to make sure they were rotated. Well needless to say they were not rotated properly! They just moved the front tire to the back on the same side. The proper way for an AWD vehicle is an X pattern….🙄 They also put a sticker on my windshield to remind me to change the oil again in 5000 miles, which is funny, because Toyota recommends 10,000 intervals…. Hopefully they get some competent people working there, before my next visit.
