I’ve always serviced my vehicle here at Scott Kia. The staff is incredibly supportive of your needs and does their best to accommodate you while you are there for service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who needs service or wants to purchase a new vehicle. I’ve been coming here for a decade, switching from another Kia dealership to Scott, because of the friendly atmosphere and welcoming staff members of their team. If I encounter a problem, Scott is there to resolve it for me. I appreciate the shuttle service offered, and the snacks and work stations provided for their customers. Additionally, they offer a complimentary car wash and vacuum after your service is complete. Exceptional service the first time around.

Took my car here for routine maintenance as well as 4 tire replacements, mounting and balancing. The convenience of getting everything done in one reliable place was worth the money I paid. Scott Kia is always professional and I trust their work. I love how clean they keep their facility and I never mind waiting at the dealership for my car because of the environment. You might pay a little more there, but you can trust the quality. To me, that’s priceless.

Had to bring my car in for recall repair, it was a very long wait. A nail was found in my driver side tire and it was repaired at no charge to me so we’re even on the wait time! Staff is always nice and professional. I would definitely recommend to my friends!

Everyone here is very friendly and will work with you to find the car that fits you perfectly. I worked with Bob who was very communicative, and understanding when it came to me wanting to save some money after recently becoming engaged. A lot of the staff introduced themselves to me and I did not feel any pressure from them (which is not what I hear about Toyota down the road). I would recommend people go here for a car. The only downside is I wish I got more money for my trade in, but that’s not necessarily their fault.

The service support has changed since I first purchased my car.The team that moved to the new location was the A team collectively. I made an appointment through AI and it did not get on the books and I was made to feel as I was being untruthful. Then it was found that I needed a break bulb and was shared it was one price 25.00 along with oil change 130. And I made the appointment for a recall my bill total 172.61 Then when inquired about bill no explanation given by service agent. My appointment was at 9:30 - I am assured that I would be taking care of and 3.5 hours later I was released. Not my best Service experience
