I had a great experience buying my motorcycle at Conrad’s. Andrew was my salesman and he was excellent to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everyone there who helped out was friendly and professional, and you can tell they really care about their customers. I appreciate the time they took to answer my questions and make sure everything was taken care of. Excellent purchase experience. This is my fourth bike purchased at Conrad’s going back to the late 80’s so they know me. Two of my brothers have also bought motorcycles at Conrad’s and one of them worked there for awhile. So, after the salesperson introduced himself he left me alone to shop, NO PRESSURE!! When I found what I liked he (Brent) was very informative. There is a definite correlation to me buying for a fourth and going back to Conrad’s each time. I’ll give you all a minute to think about it.

Searched multiple dealers for just the right used bike and found mine at conrads. No pushy sales staff,knowledgeable, family oriented. Once I selected the bike , the final process,no financing,went very smooth and quick. Spoke to each dept. head and was quite impressed how they handled this transaction and also observed how they treated all their customers with the same high standards as I was .
