Stopped in to get a quote on some services and to see if they could reset my tire monitoring system! They were swamped but the manager still made time for me and gave me the quotes I needed and reset my tires. He explained what was wrong and how to fix it! I will definitely be going back to get the required service done! He could of easily told me he was too busy and I would have understood stood, but he took out the time to help and that alone stood out to me!

I came to Mavis after receiving a $15,000 repair quote from Cadillac that listed multiple major “issues” ranging from hundreds to thousands of dollars. Before moving forward, I did my own research. I reviewed the Cadillac service notes, ran diagnostics through AutoZone, and brought all of that information with me. Kyle and Stan took the time to review everything and ran their own diagnostics as well. It was eye-opening to see how different systems pull different information. Instead of relying on one scan or defaulting to “replace the whole system,” they compared all the data and used real mechanical expertise to interpret what actually mattered. They used dye to properly track the leak and explained everything clearly. What initially looked like a radiator issue turned out to be a water
