I got a screw in my tire on a Sunday. I was able to make an appointment online for Monday morning. I dropped it off in the morning before they were open using the key drop. They called me when the opened. It was done when I was done with work! Price was fair and the service was fast and super friendly.

After hearing a ticking noise all the way home, I found a nail in one of my tires. So I scheduled a drop off online with the local Conrads (it was late) and dropped it off in the morning. I got a call shortly after they opened. Fully expecting they put on a new tire and there was some huge labor fee as well. NOPE - they plugged the hole good as new and the total charge was only $23!!! What a pleasant surprise. Not my first experience with this store, and they've all been great. Highly recommend.

Needless to say, I will not be returning to this location, this is the second time I made an appointment only to be turned away once I arrived then I lied too saying they tried to call me. Tyler even tried to explain away the reason my vehicle was doing what it was doing. Honestly I wasn’t even angry god knows what would have happen if they did touch my vehicle. Ive used this location many times with multiple vehicles and the only reasoning I can conclude is Nancy left and everything went to hell.

One of the best Car maintenance shops in the Akron Area. Their prices are very reasonable, their staff is true and honest. They never upsell or worry you into doing a maintenance / job. I’ve never had any problems here. I go for oil change / tire rotation and they are always great. 30 minutes - 1 hour in & out every time
