Very pleased with service. Battery replacement plus oil change were all made within 24 hours after needing an unexpected toll. I have always been happy with Conrad’s Service from friendly and helpful customer service to knowledgeable technicians.

Can we say ZERO stars? Stay clear of this tire shop if you are in the Macedonia area (or just Conrad's Tire places in general)! My boyfriend got two "new" tires for his van...do these look NEW to you? And what's with all the messy grease sealant? Come on! I would NEVER recommend this shop to anyone. After complaining to corporate--we were told "tough luck." Totally unprofessional and will never be back. Buy your tires literally ANYWHERE else but here! Edit: when they say they tried to correct it...we just wanted to return the tires and get our money back but was told no, the only option is to come back and have them look at the tires. Trust was broken, why would we leave the vehicle with them again after their poor treatment of it the first time? Nope, no thanks Conrad's!

I absolutely recommend Conrad tyres. My BMW was leaking air, they patched the tire after taking out a nail. Saved me like $400 for a new Tyre easily for $32 charge

The service technician was knowledgeable and patient. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it within a reasonable time, while providing a video of the problem needing repairs. The facility was clean, with seating for the customers. Definitely worth a return visit.

all a customer is looking for is to be treated fair and honest for what they pay for, that trust has been broken, I had a passenger side control arm and new tie rod ends installed by my mechanic, then payed for alignment at Conrad's Macedonia, went back before warranty was up and asked if they could put steering wheel back to 12 o clock position but car rides fine. counter guy Timothy and mechanic said I needed to replace passenger side control arm since bushings were shot and road test shows car pulling hard to left which it does not, then pay for new alignment. I explained that part was new when I had alignment, Tim told mechanic to drop car and give back to customer. 2 days later took car back to my mechanic and said front end was solid with no movement.
