I ordered tires on a Thursday afternoon. The website shows the tires could be delivered by Saturday. When the tires didnt arrive, I called the shop Saturday, since I didnt get a call, and I was told the tires were in Albany NY same place they were Thursday when I ordered them. I call Monday morning to try and get an ETA on the delivery. During this call I find out 1 of the 4 tires I ordered is still sitting in Albany NY, same place it was sitting Thursday\Saturday when I ordered\called... its Monday and the tire hasn't moved. I understand this in not the shops fault HOWEVER my expectation would be if the delivery is going to exceed the projected delivery date, you call the customer with more information than you provided the last 2 times they checked with the shop... These guys are amazing. They work tirelessly every minute of the day up to 2 to 3 hours after closing. No one is slacking off. They are all hard work even competing against each other to get the job done properly.

My customer service representative was wonderful. But I think all of those young men there are very helpful. They were able to take the small tire off of the rim of the my John Deere riding mower. It needed to have the tyre bead resealed on the rim and they had a machine small enough to take the rim off of my tire, seal the tyre bead and put it back on and there was no charge. I've gone there before to have air put in at no charge and also when I needed a new tire for my car, that's where I went and purchased it.
