I visited Tire Pros thinking I just needed a tire rotation, but Chris and Mike went above and beyond. They gave me honest, genuine advice that made me feel like they truly had my best interests at heart, not just trying to sell me something. When I left, I accidentally left my bag in the waiting room, and they called me right away to let me know. I was beyond grateful. This is a shop with real integrity, and I’ll definitely be back.
Service was top notch here. They were honest in pricing by admitting that an alignment was not needed for my tire replacement. Even after finding an issue after my tire replacement, they got me in immediately and rectified the problem. I will definitely plan on going back to these guys.
Great service. Timely and a decent value. The folks there are friendly and communicative. We have used Consumer City Tire on three occasions now and been very happy with the results.
Wonderful customer service. Cannot say enough positive things about them. They Identified a structural issue with my vehicle that was causing a problem with my tire.
These guys gave me great service in a timely manner. Jim and Mike really took care of me and both guys are class personified. Will definitely be back for any future service needed for my vehicle and will highly recommend this shop to anyone I know that needs any type of automotive work done.
