Conrad's Tire Express & Total Car Care

I scheduled oil change and tire replacement at conrads north olmsted in feb '26 for my company vehicle. I had it scheduled a week in advance and they had the vehicle all day. They called me at 4 and said they never got to it. No one ever called me back to reschedule or even apologized. Terrible service. Ill never go back to conrads.

Was like being held hostage at a bad hospital. Took over 6 hours to get brakes and rotors done. It’s not likely I will use this location( Mentor) again. Clearly overbooked! And I scheduled an appointment a week out. I don’t usually mind paying the higher prices for great work/service. Fell real flat on the service. And telling me you’re short staff today, isn’t an excuse for poor mgmt.

Fast, friendly, and for a reasonable price. Didnt try up selling or charging for something I didn't want. Great place, do recommend, and definitely will be back. 😊😊

Has had my wife's car since Saturday at 10am for four new tires. She originally was going to wait at the shop. It's now Monday at 2pm and we still don't have it back after we were told Monday morning it would be done by 10am

I previously rated this shop 5 stars due to convenience, but my recent experience was disappointing because of inconsistent and excessive pricing. Pricing felt inflated, and it strongly seemed female customers are charged more.
