I came in last minute and they were incredibly accommodating and helpful from the moment I arrived. The three staff members I interacted with were so friendly, kind, and truly went above and beyond to help me. I honestly can’t thank them enough for taking the time to fix my windshield wipers so quickly and efficiently. I’m so grateful for their outstanding customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for helpful, professional, and genuinely caring staff!

Although , they could not do everything to my monster truck i wanted( do to the size of my truck just to big) they did change the fluids they could and that was cool . But, I was amazed at they could got this old lady who came in for new light bulbs and windshield wipers. They just explained to her how to work the light switches and told her she only needed one blade. Class act. Wish my truck fit in there bays.

I took my car in for an oil change and routine service, including tire rotation. The service was excellent—everyone was respectful, professional, and incredibly fast. They even offered me coffee while I waited, which was a very nice touch. The manager, Nate, is a kind and well-spoken person who knows how to treat customers with respect. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant. They truly deserve 5 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I absolutely love these folks When I called on the phone and spoke to Nate and he said he had an appointment I jumped for joy and called him my Angel because I couldn’t find and appointment any where. I was here on the 12/23 for an oil change and was in and out in no time. Today I had tire damage. Still Amanda is at the desk smiling and greeting customers with a smile. When all is complete the manager, Zackery, comes out and closes the deal by handing off the paperwork and keys and wishing me a great day. I come here, which is not convenient at all. But the service and atmosphere is the best. It’s clean and quiet. I can get work done if I need to. I won’t be going to another Conrad’s to be mistreated ever again. This is the place 7500 York Road. The best Conrad’s in town.

Nate is awesome and extremely professional. I had brought my car for a few things to be done. Unfortunately bc of some circumstances this day all of my services could not be completed. Nate went above and beyond to make things right and to make sure I left the store happy. I can’t speak highly enough about how he handled the situation and overall how graciously he treated every person that came to the store. Well done.
