Continental Transmission

This shop took excellent care of me, from the tow into the shop to going through my electrical system with a fine toothed comb looking for a needle in a haystack. They found a tiny wiring issue inside of a harness that was frying hundreds of dollars of parts over and over on me that I had no chance of finding myself. Everyone I talked to there was extremely friendly and got me going again as quickly as they could under the circumstances. I would highly recommend them to anyone having vehicle issues!

These guys are the real deal. One of if not the best transmission shops in the whole WNY area. Customer service is exceptional. My Buick Lucerne got a master rebuild and drives like a brand new car….any issues are immediately taken care of with the utmost urgency and respect, but those are far a few between as far as this shop is concerned. I will be a lifetime customer and I can’t recommend them enough. Do take my word and everyone else’s for it go and and see for yourself, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!!! Thanks again guys!

I brought my 06 F350 Powerstroke in for a transmission pump replacement, we got there today (03/03/26) and Jeff and Pat took her in at 8am I waited about an hour for an estimate and they where very professional. I gave them the green light. Jeff told me it’ll take a day and half because of other jobs before mine. But around 4pm pat called me and told me they finished it upon picking my truck up Jeff told me the carrier baring needed to be replaced so they did it free of charge I will definitely be doing business here in the future I highly recommend anyone to see pat or Jeff

I took my truck in to them (12/22/25) knowing that something was going on with the transmission. The team at the West Seneca location were so professional and respectful. The location is clean, everyone I dealt with was kind. They explained the problem and my transmission was fixed in several hours. Everyone I dealt with from the owner, Pat, to each service professional were so kind and respectful. They made a large vehicle repair at Christmas far more pleasant. I highly recommend them.

This is the best shop around. Amazing environment an customer service . They always go above and beyond . I recently had my rack an pinion replaced there an they welded a flex pipe fory exhaust . A few days later I herd my exhaust dragging . I called got me right back in. Turned out it wasn't the part they worked on . It was the other part of my exhaust closer to the muffler. They welded a piece of flex pipe an fixed it for me for free. I was grateful because I didn't have anymore money to fix it. Best shop out there il always go to them first. They even gave me a few continental hoody. An they work with a credit company so if you don't have the money up front to fix your car. They will send you a link , that takes 5 minutes to find out if your approved for credit . The owner is a great
