Conyers Nissan Service Center

I brought my car in for an oil and filter change and to have my tires rotated. I was greeted by the service manager, Anthony Small, and he was very kind and helpful. When my service was finished, he gave me my paperwork and explained in details what all was done and also explained the things that needed to be done in the future that including quotes for the repairs that would be needed. He pulled my vehicle to the front and gave me the keys. You don't find many peoples that work in service departments being as courteous as he was. And to you Mr. Small, thank you for all of your help.

Jamario Price was very helpful, professional, calm and his smile and assuring statements were everything. I came in on Friday the 16th, he got my car serviced and applied a coupon which included tire rotation at no extra charge, then he ordered a new horn for my 2024 Nissan kicks, asked me to come in on Monday the 19th. He got my car fixed at no time, I thought I would be spending a greater part of the day, but I was wrong. Thanks for your professionalism and dedication.- Anita

Nissan in Conyers has really set up their customer service. Their service team has developed a more efficient, reliable and effective customer service that makes customers feel comfortable about valued. My representative is Anthony and I only see him. He really take my concerns seriously when I arrive with issues.

Mason was wonderful to work with. If he didn't have the immediate answer... he was sure to get it for me. He was super helpful... beyond the call of duty... and I appreciate him. My car is now starting (codes are still active and I will have to take it back to have them see why if it doesn't stop in a day or two)... which is a good thing. I just hate that the diagnosis of bad battery was not covered under warranty (2024 Sentra/48000 miles). For the most part I'm happy... just need those codes to go away and my car to be emissions ready.

My service advisor, Anthony, was very thorough and professional. He kept me informed regarding my vehicle's repair progress. The cashier was very friendly and professional as well. Though I hate paying dealership repair prices, my experience and the confidence in my service and repair was excellent.
