My husband and I purchesed a truck from this company. For one we didn't get what we decided on, we were detoured to a way more expensive one. The salesman Doug guaranteed to us that every vehicle on the lot was thoroughly inspected and road ready. And even added an extended warranty. We drove the truck for 4 days before it started making a horrible sound. We took the vehicle straight to him and he told us to contact the warranty people and send it to dealership. We parked the vehicle, made an appointment, had it towed to the dealership. The warranty don't cover the full price and labor for the problem. Contacted the company about this problem and basically got blown off. I would NOT recommend Cook's to anyone due to being ripped off and screwed at the same time.
