They’re always willing to fit me in! I usually drop my vehicle off and they call me with a plan, cost, and recommendations. They’re very helpful and friendly. Price is fair and competitive! They’ve replaced brakes, tires, repaired flat tires, fixed parts of my exhaust system, oil changes, sensor concerns… so I use them for pretty much everything!

Brought in my vehicle for new tie rods on a Monday, they diagnosed what I asked and completed the repairs by Friday. Quick and easy! Only reason for 4 stars is that my core issue wasn’t solved (metal popping noise while turning, which I thought were the tie rods). I wish they had taken a deeper look when doing a diagnosis because it’s hard to miss the sound - makes me wonder if they did a test drive after the repairs were completed. Other than that, price was reasonable and staff was friendly.

My coolant was super low and my car’s alarm system let me know. Auto Zone recommended I take my car here after I purchased and added the coolant. Cooley ran a diagnostic and didn’t find anything wrong. No charge from them with a super friendly and efficient staff. Amazing customer service.

Use at own risk. I am a service disabled veteran who was stuck on the side of the road after tires out in my car became loose. They were rude to me and my wife. They turned it all around on us. We used them many times and you would think we would have good customer service. They lost all our business and I am asking all veteran never use them!!! Sri k together and boycott a company that does not want their customers safe.

I took my car for service to them just to swap tires. They have damaged 3 out of 4 wheels. When I confronted the manager he called me a lier. So I just paid and left. I understand it's his work against mind. My car is less than year old. If you take your car there make sure you take pictures before and after. They will not own any damages accrued while the car is in their possession. On one wheel you can see scratches on wheel and brand new tire.
