Copart - Appleton

My totaled car was supposed to be picked up by copart. I was told to expect the driver around 8-12. After waiting FOUR HOURS after the scheduled pickup time, the tow never came. I called the driver and asked why my car hadn’t been picked up. He told me that he couldn’t find it so he just left. When asked why he hadn’t called me, he very aggressively told me that he had called and that I could have prevented this. I calmly explained that he had called me and left a voicemail which very simply put said that he would be there for pickup in an hour. He told me that since I didn’t answer he couldn’t confirm the location of the car despite me having given that information to two other people the night before. I explained to him that usually when someone needs to be called back they will say that

Really baa load transport, I wait like 3 hour but they don't the car workers 2 yung guys are really weird.

Always have great service here paperwork is always very timely compared to other copart yards! Staff is very friendly and courteous. Always a joy to pickup cars here👌🏽

Always great customer service, I’ve never had any issues with pickups or problems with paperwork. They always make sure to check everything and make sure that the right vehicles are being loaded. And the office staff is always great and fun to talk with and the yard crew as well. I appreciate everything they do. Thank you Copart office and yard crew.

You don’t deserve even 1 star sorry. Terrible customer service with a self entitled attitude. Picked up a vehicle and all the loose parts in the pictures were not there. They told me the vehicle has been here for a long time so we probably tossed them. Then proceeded to tell me read the fine print on your members account. We are not responsible for missing parts not attached to the vehicle even if they are in the pictures. Their next course of action was we can void the sale. I already drove 2 hours. Took 1.5 hours to get loaded. Now you want me to wait to get it unloaded off my trailer and drive 2 hours back empty? I told the manager every year you care less about the customer. His reply was we care. You just didn’t read the fine print. I have been dealing with copart over 20
