Honestly the best experience I have had at any mechanic. Came in for an oil change and they did a general inspection as well. When I came back to get my car they went through everything they found that could be potentially problematic. I am basically illiterate when it comes to car mechanics, so I asked a lot of questions, and they were very friendly and patient in answering all of them.Walked me through it step by step. Explained it in great detail, including how urgent any of these things are, how much they would cost, and how easy they would be for me to try to do on my own or with a friend's/YouTube help. I took my truck into Cordell’s to have work done. Outer tie rod ends replaced, seals leaking on the engine. Air conditioning fixed. Belts replaced and other work needed. The seals required to engine to be cleaned. They charged me $101.59 to clean the engine and areas off around so they could find the oil leaks and air conditioning leaks. When I picked up my truck on 06/24/25 the engine was still covered in oil. I went into Cordell’s and asked why I was charged for the cleaning if it hasn’t been done. The manager and the mechanic came out to look to see if this was true. The mechanic looked and agreed it wasn’t cleaned. Because the tie rod ends were replaced I was told I needed an alignment so I drove to tires plus and dropped my truck off. On 06/25/25 I picked up my vehicle afte

Do not go here if you value your time, money, or common decency. They are either inept, dishonest, or both. My wife brought her Subaru in roughly a month ago for a transmission related idiot light. After 150 dollar diagnostic they said it was the wire harness or transmission valve body, I don't know cars and trust professionals and the decency of people, trust their opinion and said go ahead. They replaced the single most expensive part of the transmission shy of a full rebuild, over 2 grand. Less than TWO WEEKS later the exact same light comes on. Take it back, ANOTHER 150 diagnostic(apparently the one two weeks prior wasn't sufficient) and came up with a whole new wad of problems that were never even alluded to on the prior visit. Quoted for ANOTHER 2 grand to fix the litany of problems

Fantastic! First time going to Cordells and they were so amazing to give me a loaner for free while my car was being looked at and they figured out my cars issue by looking over it one time! I had brought my car in 2 times to a car dealership to look at and they couldnt figure out what was going on! Cordells saved me a lot of time and money!
